Check out time

Check out time is 10am. Boom gate cards automatically deactivate at 10.15am on departure day.
Please remember to return your key and swipe card to avoid replacement charges.

Check out process

Please return your room key or swipe card to reception or in the key drop box on the wall outside reception.

Visiting the Noosa Everglades is a bucket list experience and one not to be missed.
As a guest of Habitat Noosa, you may be able to receive a discount.

Extending our stay

If you would like to extend your stay, please see a member of the guest service team who will be happy to help.

Guest service hours

Our guest services office is open from 8am to 6pm daily (7pm Fridays and Saturdays).


Our housekeeping team clean the communal facilities at dedicated times throughout the day and night. At times supplied may run out prior to the next scheduled session so please advise reception and they will pass the information on to Housekeeping. Additionally, we also want to remind guests that the Kitchens are next to dirt roads so can get very dusty during busy periods.

Insects and bugs

Inspects and bugs are a part of life here in the National Park. While we treat our buildings and rooms for insects on a regular basis, we highly recommend you keep your door closed to ensure bugs such as mosquitos don’t get in. 


Cooking inside, on the balconies or within 2 meters of the Glamping tents is not permitted. This ensures the tents remain free of cooking stains, odours and reduces the risk of fires.
A deep cleaning or odour removal charge may apply.


You will find our coin-operated laundry over at the Habitat Noosa building.
$4 per wash.
$4 per dry

FIRe pits

Each paperbark glamping tent comes with their own dedicated fire pits. Firewood and fire starters can be purchased from reception, The Bistro and GelatoBAR.
All other sites will need to bring their own fire pits. 

Lost room key card

If you lose your room key card, please see a member of the reception team who will issue you a replacement.
A replacement key charge of $50 applies.

noise curfew

We ask you to respect other guests by keeping the noise down at all times. We have a strict no noise curfew from 10pm to 6am. Guests not adhering to this curfew may be evicted and blacklisted from returning with no refunds.
We may also charge a security call out fee of up to $1000 if security is dispatched to your site.


Was our tents have canvas walls, the power points within both our Paperbark and Wilderness tents are located within floor mount boxes. If they are not immediately visible, please check underneath the beds in your tent.


Our glamping tents and balconies are designated as smoke free areas.
 If you wish to smoke, kindly relocate to the driveway. A deep cleaning or odour removal charge may apply.

Smoking on campsites is only permitted if your smoke does not drift over to other guests sites.  


Outside visitors are permitted but must depart your site before 6pm.

Vending machine

You will find a vending machine outside reception.


WiFi is available. Please select Guest Free WiFi. No password is needed.
We are an off-grid property and use satellite internet. Speed may differ to home internet.
This means certain websites that are data intensive have been restricted.
This includes Netflix, Youtube, Hulu, Hayu, Prime Video etc.
