Noosa’s own eco brewery
Eco Brewing Co. was founded in 2018 as part of Habitat Noosa’s vision to combine sustainable tourism with local craftsmanship. The brewery operates from the original Elanda Plains farmhouse, once part of a 10,000-acre cattle station – and now home to the lively CootharaBAR & Bistro. Every beer is brewed and poured cold right here at Habitat Noosa using water naturally filtered through sand and gravel for more than 70 years. This artesian water rich in natural minerals is blended with high-gravity wort, select yeast strains and hops sourced from around the world to create a beer that is free from preservatives, additives or artificial flavours. From grain to glass, Eco Brewing Co. is proudly local, crafted with care and poured fresh to be enjoyed lakeside.

Our #1 selling brew! Pale and clear, this lager delivers subtle lemon zest, a hint of citrus bitterness, and a crisp, zesty character. Perfectly refreshing and ideal for long afternoons by the lake.
pale ale | 4.4% ABV
A hazy, golden ale offering a smooth balance between bitterness and tropical fruit sweetness. Expect notes of mango and passionfruit with a clean, refreshing finish.
first point XPA | 5.4% ABV
A pale and hazy extra pale ale bursting with tropical fruit and grapefruit notes. Crisp, juicy, and full-flavoured, with a lingering fresh hop finish.
session ale | 3.5% ABV
Light, easy-drinking and thirst-quenching. Straw-gold in colour with punchy hints of passionfruit and melon, this lower-alcohol ale is built for hot Noosa days.
sunny coast IPA | 6.0% ABV
